Our current products include: Air-dried Beef (Bresaola) and Lamb, Pancetta, Salami and Chorizo. We have worked hard to find the best possible local meat as this is the soul of our food All our produce is handmade, and hangs for a minimum of 28 days to develop flavour. To preserve freshness, we pack our products using either loose packing or vacuum packaging. This ensures freshness and preserves the quality and taste of the produce. We hope you enjoy our charcuterie products.
