The Green family have been making cheese by hand on the farm for three generations.

The milk comes from cows that graze the lush pastures of the Somerset levels within sight of the evocative Glastonbury tor.

Our Cheddar carries the 'PDO' seal of approval which is only afforded to a very limited number of products within the EU.
